Position overview
Are you interested in being the lead for carrying out our innovative paint application technology’s? We are looking for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team. The role will provide strong support and technical service to both our resin customers and the marketing and R&D department. Main goal is to ensure the allnex paints are fully mastered by customers with the balance between effort and value, while executing marketing and sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Visit key customers and make right products introduction and recommendation for allnex paint application, mainly focus on coatings of industrial WOOD coatings, to update information via monthly report and seek for feedback.
- Support product launch: develop formulation and sales tools (e.g. products brochures, SPF, evaluated reports) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products.
- Develop start point formulation based on allnex application paint resins system, make application test and submit detailed report.
- Raise R&D request of segments industrial coatings, lead the application test and marketing of new products in related segments.
- Provide technical support to customers on technical related issues and assist to support to define customer need.
- In conjunction with the Sales team specify and deliver appropriate technical support for key customers, through a mixture of detailed technical and commercial knowledge.
Required skills and experience
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- At least 8 years UV paint or resins working experience , experience in UV department of large sized wood or parquet coating manufacturers is an advantage.
- Project management skills is must.
- Familiar with UV paint formulation designing and application test, experience in other UV segments is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in organic, polymer chemistry, with affinity for and practical experience on the preparative side.
