Position overview
Lead the transformation to world-class maintenance across our global manufacturing network.
We are looking for a highly driven Global Maintenance Program Lead to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of allnex Maintenance Program (AMP). In this strategic role, you will partner with regional leaders, site leaders and site maintenance leads and teams worldwide to implement standardized maintenance methodologies, improve asset reliability, optimize maintenance costs, and drive sustainable operational excellence.
As the global owner of maintenance standards and best practices, you will play a key role in delivering measurable business impact, including significant cost savings and performance improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global rollout and execution of the allnex Maintenance Program (AMP) globally across all regions.
- Drive program adoption, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure achievement of business objectives and cost savings targets.
- Serve as the global owner of key maintenance methodologies, including:
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Equipment Criticality Classification (ECC)
- Bad Actor Analysis (BAA)
- Basic Equipment Care (BEC)
- Establish and maintain global maintenance standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across all sites.
- Collaborate with regional leaders, plant maintenance teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
- Develop KPI-driven reporting systems to monitor maintenance performance, reliability, and financial impact.
- Analyze operational data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decision making.
- Lead performance management processes to ensure global targets and timelines are achieved.
- Promote a culture of reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Build organizational capability through training, coaching, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and change management activities.
- Support the organization's journey toward world-class maintenance performance by implementing maintenance excellence standards globally.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Regional or multi-site maintenance leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies, including RCM, ECC, BAA, and BEC.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into actionable improvement plans.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and driving compliance with global standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, including methodologies such as 5 Whys.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and functional teams in a global environment.
