Position overview:
We are looking for a data driven, curious, and impact focused Process Analyst to join our newly shaped Process Center of Excellence. In this role, you will drive measurable end to end process improvements across the organization by transforming transactional data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
The Process Analysts work closely with Business Process Owners to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve operational performance. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong analytical capability, hands on process mining expertise, and a pragmatic mindset focused on delivering tangible business impact rather than theoretical analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze transactional SAP ECC/S4 and process mining data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, delays, and process variation.
- Build and maintain end to end process performance baselines (cycle time, touchless rates, rework, backlog aging, throughput).
- Convert data driven insights into clear, quantified improvement opportunities and pragmatic solutions.
- Support Business Process Owners with fact based business cases and evidence backed recommendations.
- Operate and further develop process mining tools (SAP Signavio Process Intelligence) and automated KPI dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, KPI reliability, and governance standards across process performance reporting.
- Enforce BPMN 2.0 modeling standards and support process standardization within the allnex process house.
- Track performance post implementation of process improvements and support benefit realization using validated data baselines.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, data analytics, or ERP driven environments.
- Hands on experience with process mining tools (SAP Signavio, Celonis, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, problem statements, and actionable improvements.
- Experience working with operational KPIs and transactional data; SAP ECC/S4 knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Practical mindset focused on outcomes, rapid improvement cycles, and measurable results.
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights in simple, business focused language.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to collaborate in a global environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred (practical experience valued over certification).
- Process mining or Signavio certification is an advantage.
