Position overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to local leadership and a trusted resource for employees. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities—including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits, and compliance—while guiding leaders through effective people‑management practices.
The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, highly organized, and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate the dynamic needs of a manufacturing workforce. You will play a critical role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring that HR processes and programs support both business objectives and employee success.
Responsibilities
- Handles all HR matters: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, employee relations, leadership development, training, administrative tasks, payroll/timekeeping support, etc.
- Play a key role with local management to assist in management initiatives.
- Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions.
- Ensure that difficult/sensitive issues are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure effective communications for assigned location.
- Understand the talent needs of the business & develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders.
- Understand and begin to utilize critical HR metrics to diagnose and address challenges to the business and manage day to day issues.
- Interact effectively with Global, Regional and Local Leadership Teams.
- Stays abreast of best practices in the area of Human Resources.
- Promote the Allnex culture and values.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources and Labor Relations background within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Relations Management.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation skills and influencing skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, HRIS (SAP-SuccessFactors) and Payroll systems (ADP).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent degree.
- SPHR/SHRM-SCP Certificate.
