Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, time & attendance, and benefits. As the first point of contact for employees, you will handle inquiries, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to the HR department and HR Manager. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and driving hard HR projects, such as reintegrating outsourced payroll tasks, implementing new time registration software, establishing interfaces with SAP SuccessFactors, rolling out compensation and benefits policies, and managing HR insurance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and benefits accurately and on time, including bonuses and severances.
  • Maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors, payroll, and T&A systems.
  • Ensure accurate time registration and track absenteeism.
  • Keep personnel records and digital files up to date.
  • Handle employment contracts, agreements, and certificates.
  • Manage payroll payments and deductions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
  • Develop and improve reports on payroll, absenteeism, SHE, and cost centers.
  • Prepare and maintain legal employment documentation.
  • Organize onboarding for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support and assist the HR Manager with scheduling and agendas.

Required skills and experience

  • At least 5 years of independent payroll management for blue and white-collar employees in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in external payroll software (e.g., SD Worx, E-Blox) and time registration systems (e.g., Protime), including integration with payroll providers.
  • Experience implementing HRIS interfaces, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on involvement in HR projects such as implementing new time registration software, changing payroll providers, and developing policies.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security policies.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach.
