Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Malaysia. This role oversees the supply chain operations, including order fulfillment processes, logistics management, and trade compliance in India. The focus is on driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day activities in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Production, Raw Material Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing activities in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in supply chain operations to support business growth.
  • Ensure adequacy of raw materials, generate purchase orders, and manage slow-moving stock.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and trade agreements, including Free-Trade Agreement (FTA) and labeling regulations.
  • Develop succession and backup plans.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with Company and QHSE procedures.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to enhance efficiency and customer service.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audit programs.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Planning, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Proficient in ERP tools, SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • APICS certification is advantageous.
