Position overview
allnex is looking for a Manufacturing Intern to join the Manufacturing team at our Seremban site! This internship offers hands-on experience in the operations of a chemical manufacturing plant. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement efforts of our production facility and collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting your learning and growth.

Responsibilities
- Support the Production Department on-site and participate in daily operations.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and collaborate with the production team for effective implementation.
- Perform statistical analysis and evaluate data to identify opportunities for process and productivity enhancements.
- Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site production activities.
- Contribute to creating production support documentation, including operational processes and productivity metrics.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum availability of 6 months for the internship period is preferred.
- Proficient with technology and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
- Genuinely curious about the chemical industry, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in this field.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any other related field of study
