Position overview
allnex is looking for a Logistics Intern to join our team based in our manufacturing site in Seremban, Malaysia. In this role, you will support daily logistics and compliance operations in the site, gaining hands-on exposure to customs reporting, supply chain processes, and regulatory requirements. It is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and keen to learn about end-to-end logistics operations within a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in SST customs reporting to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Lead to develop and enhance customised monthly reports using Power Query.
- Support the review and establishment of logistics policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of GHS labelling requirements.
- Maintain and ensure all MSDS documentation for finished goods (FG), raw materials (RM), and trading items are up to date, and share them with 3PL partners and transporters.
- Support the renewal process for certificates and licences, including CA/COO, MICCI, and MIDA applications.
Required skills and experience
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and documentation would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of Excel functions and Power Query is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a structured and compliance-driven environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, or a related field.
