Position overview
We are looking for a passionate Technical Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and support of our software systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Work with SO, FA, and Technical Architects to design technical solutions.
- Create detailed technical specifications and use cases.
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases.
- Participate in system integration testing.
- Provide technical builds and perform necessary tests.
- Seek approval from the Technical Architect.
- Assist in deploying software solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for developers and technical staff.
- Provide ongoing technical support.
- Provide fixes for bugs during hypercare.
- Identify and fix gaps based on end-user feedback.
- Provide guidance to resolve tickets.
- Actively participate in resolving medium changes raised as part of AMS.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ITIL process design & build.
- 3-7 years of experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
- Experience with JIRA, Manage Engine, BMC Remedy, Azure, or any other cloud working experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience in implementing and migrating service management platforms.
- ITIL v4 foundation certification.
- Good knowledge of IT Services functions and other business functions such as HR, Finance, Customer, or Risk.
- Experience in process re-engineering and process assessment.
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
