Position overview

Are you passionate about finding and attracting the best talent? Do you want to advance your career working on exciting recruitment projects? 

We are looking for a results driven and energetic person to join our multicultural HR team.
If you are passionate about recruiting, come and join allnex as Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Americas, located in Riga Global Business Services Center!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Team Americas (USA and Brazil) to understand their staffing needs.
  • Prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards/local media/young talent networks.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidate resumes and job application, make first interviews.
  • Organize and coordinate following interview process.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Participate in regional Employer Branding projects.
  • Work closely with other HR team members and provide system training where needed.

Required skills and experience

  • At least 2 years of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, understanding of staffing & recruiting processes.
  • Sourcing and headhunting experience and skills.
  • Experience with social media sites such as LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours.

Proof of vaccination which allows to work from office when required, after state emergency regiment ends
