Position overview
Looking to grow your career in supply chain and make a real difference across a global organization? As an Supply Chain Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative team working to help optimizing and centralize key supply chain processes across the region.
In this role, you’ll dive into a mix of planning and logistics tasks—like managing purchase orders, supporting month-end closings, tracking shipments, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with teams across EMEA, gaining hands-on experience and visibility into how a modern supply chain operates.

Responsibilities
- Prepare standardized reporting templates for EMEA.
- Report on logistics performance for allnex shipments.
- Lead the EMEA Quarterly Logistics Revenue Recognition process.
- Execute month-end closing activities: goods release bookings and confirmed date changes.
- Support replenishment of materials as agreed, maintain supplier confirmations in ERP.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and complaints to logistics companies.
- Support visibility tool maintenance (Shippeo e.g., SCAC code updates).
- Support month-end closing activities such as surcharge tracking and airfreight reporting.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Solid understanding of multimodal transportation, customs, and insurance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and Order-to-Cash processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
