Position overview
If you are someone who is detail-oriented and possess great communication skills, we would like to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assess the compliance of allnex products with local regulations & requirements.
- Answer internal and external customer inquiries with support of Regional Manager depending on experience.
- Support Regional PRC Manager to assess the impact of new regional regulations for our business.
- Participate in project teams for setting up new processes and tools enabling us to comply with new regulations.
- Manage the gatekeeper and other blocking processes to release orders from regulatory hold while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work in cooperation with the Global Hazard Communication (Hazcom) team to ensure that all required Hazcom documents (eg. MSDS, labels) for our products are compliant with current the local regulations.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Material Science or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- 2-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or Hazard Communication.
- Understanding of polymer chemistry.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize daily work and exhibit time-management skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate with a global organization and/or customers.
