Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about Pricing in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for an independent and analytical colleague to join our team. You will be responsible for runing the invoicing reports from SAP to ascertain that the customers have been invoiced correctly and pricing deviations are applied properly. 

If you have a strong communication skills, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing utilizing SAP to ensure customer, agent and distributor pricing is correct;
  • Work with sales managers, key account directors and product line managers to develop a plan to achieve price change in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner ;
  • To recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to pricing related problems;
  • Run invoicing reports in SAP to ascertain that the customer orders have the correct price and/or have been invoiced correctly;
  • Ensure that all requests in pricing deviations are followed by notifying responsible personnel (CSRs or Sales) ;
  • Assist Customer Service department with manual pricing and monthly consignment stock consumption.
     

Required skills and experience

  • General understanding of Supply Chain Management is preferred;
  • Strong MS Excel skills;
  • Preciseness and high attention to the details;
  • Good analytical capabilities;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
