Mobility Specialist

Position overview

allnex is seeking talents whose interested to join the dynamic team as Mobility Specialist. This role is works to review and drives the overall global mobility and immigration services and policies for allnex. You will be responsible to support end-to-end mobility experiences across relocation, mobility and immigration. You must have a strong background and working knowledge around mobility, immigration and tax and work closely with the local HR team across the globe from all aspects to ensure seamless delivery of mobility/relocation experience to employees.

  • Support the C&B and Mobility team to develop and improve programs, policies and administration of the C&B and mobility process to meet allnex’ business needs.
  • Provide C&B and Mobility-related expertise to HR team members and managers to facilitate their use of policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors.
  • Carry out the pre assignment briefing call and client policy review with transferring employee.
  • Provide continuing advice and support to the relocating employee.
  • Management of the relocating employee expectations.
  • Develop, maintain and build working relationship with the transferring employee and the external providers.
  • Capture and circulate best practices for the international mobility life-cycle.
  • Prepare budgets and reports for Finance.
  • Coordinate with global and local HR and Finance to determine individual transferee packages and document in the mobility agreement.
  • Track and report mobility related costs and work with Finance and local HR to ensure the proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers.
  • Calculate financial aspects of moves including cost projections and mobility stipend.
  • Maintain and improve the process for tracking transfers and producing metrics for key.
Required skills and experience
  • Degree in Economics or Law
  • Experience in international mobility, immigration legislation or taxation of international employees
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on and strong in problem solving
  • Strong English in written and verbal communication including tact and diplomacy
  • Proven analytical comfort and ability
  • Passion for working with individuals from various cultures
  • Ability and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones
