Position overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven colleague to join our Internal Audit team at allnex. In this role, you'll help us ensure that strong financial, risk, and governance controls are in place and truly working across our global organization.

Your work will have a real impact—from planning and performing audits to identifying areas for improvement that help us operate more efficiently, transparently, and responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills and knowledge concerning Internal Audit technics and processes.
  • Support the planning and development of internal audit activities to align to areas of strategic priority, key risks and areas requested by the management.
  • Perform full audit cycle including risk assessment, internal control assessment, data analytics support, process documentation, scope determination, field work execution and agreement and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Support development and updating of Risk Control Matrix and SOD management tool, SIVIS.
  • Prepare reports of findings and recommendations required for use by Group Internal Audit Manager for the Management Team or Advisory Committee/Board.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (can be a student able to work full-time).
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing business.
  • Advanced (C1) written and verbal skills in English, other languages are a strong asset.
  • Ability to think, plan and act independently and strategically.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data with help of different data tools (Alteryx/QPR/Power Query).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (can be a student able to work full-time)
