Indirect Procurement Specialist

Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about the Procurement department in the world leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is looking for a reliable and precise colleague who will help us maintain our Procurement processes and will coordinate with procurement team and cross functional departments.

If you are organized, accurate and proactive with the high level of responsibility, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update ERP system records (info records, source lists, purchase orders);
  • Coordinate with departments (Planning, Accounts Payable, Data Management, etc.) and suppliers;
  • Handle issues and complaints, user support, invoice control and deviations;
  • Maintain departmental databases and create standard procurement reports;
  • Handle mass mailings;
  • Provide trainings on indirect procurement processes and transactions;
  • Support the Procurement team with administrative tasks ensuring business compliance;
  • Assist with conflict resolution involving vendors and procurement functions;
  • Supplier and catalog enablement activities for Ariba Guided Buying.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (can be a student with ability to work full time);
  • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain or operations will be considered as advantage;
  • Strong proficiency in English;
  • Any other language (German, Italian or French) is considered as advantage;
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP, Ariba Guided Buying, MS Office, etc.);
  • Organized, accurate and proactive;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Acquire ability to understand the process flow and act swiftly upon exceptions;
  • Can work in an independent manner, as well as integrate well into a team.
