Position overview

The Global Talent & Change Management Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Global/Corporate talent procedures, culture change programs & learning and development initiatives to drive a  culture of engagement, identify and develop internal talent & consult on learning and development initiatives.
This role oversees global/corporate programs in the area of Global Talent Development, Change Management & Learning and Development. In the role you will consult and partner with stakeholders within EMEA or AM and global functions, functioning as a Key Account for the topics mentioned above.

Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and implement learning, talent development, and change management initiatives (e.g., Gallup’s Employee Engagement & Agility, SuccessFactors Learning, OpenSesame E-Learning, workshops, inspirational webinars, etc.), including planning, execution, and follow-up. Communicate change management plans and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead new related projects on a global and regional scale, building and guiding cross-functional project teams, and leading SteerCos with senior management participation.
  • Run talent assessments, facilitate talent discussions, and provide coaching and consultancy to employees and managers during transitions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and employee adoption.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs, with a strong focus on virtual learning and automation of functional learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct global training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and team cohesion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management, cultural change, and learning and development.
  • Increase the visibility and uptake of global initiatives by driving company-wide communications around projects and programs.

Required skills and experience

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in learning and talent development or change management projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certification in related tools or in coaching (360, Coaching, Insights Discovery/MBTI/DISC, or change management) will be considered as strong advantage.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and/or related digital training tools is required.
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior and learning methodology.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to present to diverse stakeholders, senior leadership, clearly and in a compelling manner.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships across multiple teams, including external vendors and stakeholders, managing competing interests as needed.
  • Strategic and systematic approach to processes, results oriented and hands-on.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and engaging environment.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Thorough familiarity with MS Office Suite and proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
