Junior German speaking Customer Service Representative (1 year contract)

Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.  

If you have a high focus on pro-active aproach and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!


  • Performing order entry and follow up in SAP ERP system
  • Follow up on customer's complaints when required
  • Keeping trustworthy relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Be a part of a friendly team, sharing common knowledge and experience
  • Keeping customers informed about order status and proactively solving order related issues
  • Responding to customer's inquiries via e-mail and via phone in timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with Sales/Planning/Logistics teams worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in Business-to-Business environment in a customer facing role
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of standard office software (MS Office and Excel)
  • Good communication skills in German (B2) and English language (B2 and higher)
  • Strong time management, multitasking, problem-solving skills
  • Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility
  • Experience in ERP systems and Electronic order entry (EDI) will be considered as advantage
