Finance Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Position overview

We are looking for a Finance Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Finance team. You will develop and oversee a variety of projects to optimize end-to-end processes in and beyond GBS Finance in order to increase effectiveness and reduce administrative costs and aligning process standards to the business outcome. 


If you have a strong project management and analytical skills, ability to research and resolve issues, work effectively and able to handle multiple tasks, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of improvement in Global Business Services (GBS) Finance based on evaluation of current processes and systems, trending, benchmarking and data analysis performed
  • Design and lead functional projects and project teams 
  • Measure, evaluate and analyze the outcome of process improvement projects and ensure proper process documentation
  • Develop and monitor performance and improvement throughout the use of key metrics
  • Collaborate with GBS Continuous Improvement team 

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in field of Finance and strong Project management skills
  • Experience in using quality system methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Ability to work in and facilitate a cross-functional team-oriented environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to drive results through people by leading teams in an effective and efficient manner
  • Capability to analyze and solve complex problems, respond to detailed inquiries, and present information to the leadership group

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
