Data Management Analyst

Position overview

The Data Management team has a crucial role in delivering high quality data to support business processes. In this role as a Data Management Analyst, you will be involved in providing guidance on the overall business processes, governance of master data creation and maintenance, contribution to constant improvement of master data quality, and participation in cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data stewardship – work with different teams within the organization to coordinate the complete set-up of master data (Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Pricing, Regulatory and others)
  • Drive process improvement activities, contribute to global cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Document Data Management policies and procedures (work instruction, process flow and template updates)
  • Perform audit trail review, support internal and external audit inquiries
  • Prepare complex master data queries and advanced data upload objects
  • Participate in testing of system improvements (user acceptance testing)

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (finalized or in progress, but with availability to work full time)
  • Experience in Data Management or Master Data related field supported by ERP environment (experience in material master will be considered as an advantage)
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills, both written and spoken
  • Sense for data quality and accuracy
  • Capable of dealing with complex environments (data, systems, rules, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver a clear message to the stakeholders by having good communication skills
  • Capable of working under stress and evaluating priorities and their impacts
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Programming skills will be considered a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (finalized or in progress, but with availability to work full time)
