Customer Service Representative

Position overview

Working hours: 15:30-00:00

  • Be a key communication point between the company and our customers
  • Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues
  • Work in modern ERP systems (SAP, AX)
  • Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment
  • Be a part of a friendly team, sharing common knowledge and experience
Required skills and experience
  • University degree
  • Experience in B2B customer service facing role
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of standard office software (MS office)
  • Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility
  • Experience with ERP systems will be considered as advantage
