Position overview
allnex is on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator in Rayong, Thailand to join our team who thrives on keeping things moving smoothly and ensure seamless order processing and shipment handling.
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our domestic logistics operations while also providing backup support for export shipments. From creating shipping documents to arranging outbound deliveries, you’ll make sure every order reaches its destination safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with government regulations and our company’s safety standards. You’ll oversee daily inbound and outbound goods movement, including customer orders and samples, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth transfers—all managed through SAP. Partnering closely with 3PL providers, you’ll coordinate trucking and warehouse services to optimize material movement while keeping information flow on point.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping activities for inbound and outbound goods, including Finished Goods (FG), Trading Goods (TG), and Samples, ensuring smooth material movement, transfer, storage, and reservation accuracy in SAP.
- Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, such as delivery notes, invoices, origin and preference papers, and hazardous materials documentation.
- Coordinate loading and unloading operations based on the distribution plan, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Work closely with trucking companies to plan and arrange domestic, import, and export shipments—ensuring the right goods reach the right customer at the right time with the best cost.
- Monitor logistics service quality and ensure activities align with customer service expectations.
- Optimize truck/container payloads and define cost-effective transportation routes, maintaining accurate shipment cost calculations.
- Partner with third-party warehouses and distribution services, ensuring FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are followed in all inventory movements.
- Ensure all chemicals, especially hazardous materials, are handled, stored, transported, packed, labeled, and disposed of in compliance with company SHE standards and government regulations.
- Secure accurate product labeling in accordance with GHS, CLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 50001, ISCC+) and contribute to 5S, SHE working groups, and other company policies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective physical count processes and SAP system updates.
- Maintain and update ISO documentation related to inventory control.
- Effectively segregate and manage Non-Conforming (NC) materials for proper distribution.
- Oversee third-party service providers, including SYENSQO monitoring files.
- Support other ad-hoc logistics assignments as needed.
Required skills and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or related role.
- Knowledge of ADR transport regulations for Dangerous Goods (DG) is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand GHS (Globally Harmonized System) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) in English.
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP), Microsoft Office, and QR code scanners.
- Strong proficiency in PC applications to support daily logistics operations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills to keep shipments running smoothly.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle logistics challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain /Logistics or related fields.
