Position overview

Are you passionate about people development and eager to work on global talent development and learning & culture change programmes within a global organisation? allnex is seeking an experienced Global Talent Development Specialist to join our Global Talent Team at our GBS office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia! In this role, you will work on a variety of global initiatives within Learning & Development, Talent Management & Change Management. You will become a part of a global HR community and will work closely with colleagues from different regions and different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end process of talent program management for high-potential leadership talents across the globe.
  • Shape the corporate leadership development landscape by developing and deploying initiatives for all levels of leaders throughout the organization.
  • Work on the allnex digital learning journey globally by continuously optimizing ways to learn virtually and track and report training digitally using SuccessFactors and other digital learning tools.
  • Design and create internal learning modules and programs using different digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, others).
  • Manage our global employee engagement survey (Gallup) throughout the entire project cycle.
  • Facilitate team workshops (mainly virtually) with cross-cultural teams and occasionally be involved in designing & implementing custom workshops.
  • Organize, manage, orchestrate Corporate Training offers.
  • Manage talent development online assessments.
  • Assist in further change management and culture initiatives.

Required skills and experience

  • 5-8 years of proven Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Employee Training experience is required. 
  • Experience in handling Learning Platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating different workshops. Additional experience in coaching, assessment tools or mentoring is a plus.
  • Self-confidence and strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Go-Getter Mentality: Ability to work in a fast-paced team with different projects running at the same time.
  • Technology-savvy and can work using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • An excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
     

Qualifications

  • Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent. A Master’s Degree in any of these fields is a plus.
  • Additional certification will be an added advantage (e.g., Korn Ferry 360, Train-the-Trainer, Facilitation, Insights Discovery, DISC, etc.)
