Position overview

Are you passionate about people, curious about recruitment, and looking to build real HR experience? We’re looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment cycle, work closely with experienced HR professionals, and contribute to regional employer branding initiatives.


This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to explore a career in Talent Acquisition or HR.

Responsibilities

  • Support the APAC Talent Acquisition team and local HR team, as well as hiring managers during whole recruitment process, starting from job posting and interview coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Support active sourcing for candidates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Participate in Employer Branding projects both regionally and globally.
  • Routinely manage data in our ATS (applicant tracking system).

Required skills and experience

  • Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, to support our operations in China.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields.
