Position overview

allnex is welcoming you to join our GBS Treasury Services team as a Travel & Expenses Specialist! In this role, you will be the subject-matter expert for the expense management system (Concur) in order to ensure company policy compliance and data accuracy.

 

If you are someone who is task-oriented and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, we would be happy to welcome you to be part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage automated expense reporting process to ensure the company’s protocols and legal requirements are followed.
  • Perform weekly T&E expense postings in ERP systems.
  • Manage corporate Travel and Purchasing card programs; solve addressed T&E processes and systems issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure employee termination process and account closure is performed accordingly without any credit balances.

Required skills and experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of T&E related working experience.
  • Experience with Concur or other travel and expense management system.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel Advanced.
  • Experience with ERP systems are added advantage.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage to support our operations in North Asia.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability in time and planning management.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Act as a team player.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
