Position overview
allnex is looking for a Payment Specialist to join our team at our GBS office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is a 3-month fixed term contract. You will have the opportunity to prepare and process different types of payments in the ERP systems, reconcile payment entries, and resolve payment-related issues.

Responsibilities
- Prepare payment proposals in ERP systems.
- Execute payment runs in ERP systems, including bank drafts, wire payments, duties, etc.
- Manually input payments in banking platforms.
- Prepare supporting documentation for various payment types, both local and international.
- Process and follow up on manual payment requests.
- Clear payment entries in ERP systems.
- Ensure timely processing of payments in banking systems.
- Resolve errors and issues related to payments.
- Prepare daily and weekly cash flow forecasts for Group Treasury.
- Accurately file payment documentation and prepare selected documents upon the manager's or auditor's request.
- Keep work instructions up to date.
- Support Treasury and GBS projects, such as system changes and implementations.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting and Finance, with prior experience in Payment preferred
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent
