Position overview

Allnex is inviting you to join our global IT team as a Lead Analyst - Application Interface! In this role, you will be responsible for the integration/interfacing of applications​ by analyzing and determining business requirements and translating them into technology-driven initiatives that help the business to achieve its goals. You will also be partnering with IT and business stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, as well as life cycle management for all interfaces and business services in scope.

  • Collaborate with IT Business owners and business teams to translate business requirements into solutions​.
  • Accountable for the complete lifecycle of interfaces in a DevOps model (Preparation, Design, Deployment, Operations, and Phase-out).
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of interfaces and related business processes.
  • Being responsible for keeping up with the IT trends and releasing a follow-up for the interfaces in scope.
  • Lead internal and external developers when implementing solutions.
  • Ensuring smooth IT operations for all interfaces inside the competence area.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in developing and managing IT Interfaces.
  • Competence in implementing and managing IT interfaces from end to end. ​
  • Experience integrating Cloud-based services and solutions.
  • Experience in developing data Integration jobs with Talend, and managing a Talend Data Integration environment.
  • In-depth experience in using database systems like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and others, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Convincing ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and keep pace with the evolution in the IT/application market.​
  • Competence in handling complex issues with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.​
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong team player spirit and ability to interact with different countries, time zones, and cultures.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
