Direct Procurement Specialist

Position overview

Are you interested in gaining deeper insights into the Procurement department of a world-leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented colleague to join our team as a Direct Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance our procurement processes while coordinating with the procurement team and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update contracts, info records & source lists in SAP
  • Solve invoice deviations and define strategies to prevent them from happening again
  • Work on projects to automate non-value-added tasks
  • Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Network and train planners and suppliers to exchange documents electronically
  • Run Procurement Reports & Analytics

Required skills and experience

  • Strong proficiency in English
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is an added advantage
