Position overview
Are you ready to join the world's leading industrial coatings resins company? In this role, you are tasked with ensuring the accurate and punctual processing of payroll, overseeing eTime & attendance management, maintaining and enhancing payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, adhering to payroll year-end procedures, and providing support to the finance department in tax reporting.

Responsibilities
• Support in establishing best-in-class payroll processes and operating model to reduce manual processes, simplify procedures and drive results.
• Ensure timely and correct processing of payroll and benefits including ongoing payroll, bonus payouts, severances, etc.
• Process employee data in SuccessFactors, Payroll and T&A systems
• Maintain and manage payroll-related legal and regulatory compliance.
• Keeping electronic personnel files and HR Shared files up to date.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Processing and updating payroll system with employment contracts, special agreements and certificates
• Prepare the monthly payments and related deductions (Union dues, HSA, 401k contributions, etc.)
• Primary payroll point of contact for employees and managers
• Prepare, develop and improve monthly/yearly/ad-hoc reports (journal entries, SHE, cost centers, payroll, …)
• Liaison between the company and ADP
• Provide administrative support to the department and US Site HR Managers
• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with HR, Finance and other various departments to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.
Required skills and experience
• 7+ years' experience processing payroll for multiple sites (union and non-union). Strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance and benefits processes.
• Working knowledge of local labor, tax and social security laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Experience with corporate ERP systems like SAP.
• Advanced MS Office skills (High Level of Excel).
• Fluent English is required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred.

• Equivalent Payroll Experience.
