Position overview
We are thrilled to announce the establishment of the new GBS Americas Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for allnex as we strengthen our presence in the Americas and scale our operations efficiently across the region.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Teams to understand their staffing needs for Mexico and US.
- Prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards/local media/young talent networks.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidate resumes and job application, make first interviews.
- Organize and coordinate following interview process.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Participate in regional Employer Branding projects.
- Work closely with other HR team members and provide system training where needed.
Required skills and experience
- 3-5 years and above of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, understanding of staffing & recruiting processes.
- Sourcing and headhunting experience and skills.
- Experience with social media sites such as LinkedIn or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
