  • Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to translate demand and supply requirements into effective SAP planning and execution processes.
  • Manage and optimize subcontracting and third-party manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, planning parameters, and ERP operating policies.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders to support uninterrupted material availability and production continuity at external manufacturing sites.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for third-party manufacturing partners, coordinating production schedules, material requirements, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure accurate execution of subcontracting transactions across SAP, including inventory movements, material consumption tracking, and reconciliation of company-owned inventory held at external facilities.
  • Drive proactive communication with suppliers, manufacturing partners, planners, and other key stakeholders to resolve supply issues, mitigate risks, and maintain service levels.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in material planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations within manufacturing, industrial, or external manufacturing environments.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge is required, particularly in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning). Experience with SAP LE (Logistics Execution) is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, material movements, and inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and coordinate activities across suppliers, external manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and improving processes.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management, or related operational roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
