Position overview

We’re looking for a Replenishment Planner to manage inventory levels across warehouses in the US, Mexico, and Canada, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our customers. In this role, you’ll analyze data, solve challenges, and collaborate with a supportive team to keep our supply chain running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage replenishment planning and inventory for warehouses in the NAM region and Mexico.
  • Utilize data resources to analyze trends, drive improvements, and align with PLMs and the planning lead to meet overall business and corporate targets.
  • Act on slow-moving, obsolete, and off-grade inventory, obtaining necessary approvals for returns, disposals, or write-offs.
  • Coordinate with Quality representatives at source plants to ensure timely requalification of all inventories (valued and non-valued) before expiration, and update data in ERP and third-party systems (e.g., shelf-life extension, code adjustments).
  • Escalate stockouts or inventory risks promptly to avoid impacts on customer deliveries.
  • Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Provide regular reporting as requested to the regional planning lead.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or logistics/supply chain processes.
  • Experience with inventory management, supply chain planning, and international transportation.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes that may impact daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English.
