Position overview
We are thrilled to announce the establishment of the new GBS Americas Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for allnex as we strengthen our presence in the Americas and scale our operations efficiently across the region.
As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we remain unwavering in our commitment to fostering a unified and collaborative culture across all our locations. The GBS Americas will serve as a hub of innovation and excellence, driving our mission to deliver superior solutions and services to our valued customers.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Specialist to support pricing operations across the Americas region. This role is responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy in SAP, managing price updates, and resolving pricing-related inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to maintain pricing integrity and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pricing data in ERP SAP for customers and distributors in the Americas.
- Analyze pricing and order reports to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
- Address and resolve pricing issues in collaboration with CSRs and the Commercial AMER team.
- Support and guide internal stakeholders on pricing requests and processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Directors, and Product Line Managers to implement price changes.
- Monitor manual pricing entries to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Create and maintain documentation for pricing processes, including audit support materials.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Work aligned with Americas time zones.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pricing Specialist or Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, IT, business administration, logistics, business or other comparable fields is preferred.
- 100% proficient in English.
