Position overview
We are looking for knowledgeable and highly motivated Cost Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will be supporting ongoing operations activities by coordinating cost control and reporting, analyzing different dimensions of production variances and working closely with our finance, operations and business teams.
If you have a strong affinity with data related issues, modeling and analysis, then we are waiting for your application.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for local site teams.
- Facilitate and coordinate communication among various stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, on cost-related matters.
- Analyze production variances across multiple dimensions and provide detailed reports.
- Execute month-end closing and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the closing calendar.
- Prepare budgets, analyze standard costs and activity rates, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Manage asset accounting processes.
Required skills and experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Data-Analysis and Cross-departmental communication related to cost accounting matters.
- English required at advanced level.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of the operational aspects of processes and/or manufacturing companies would be considered as an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field.
- MS Office (Excel Advanced).
