Position overview
We're looking for someone passionate about international logistics to help coordinate shipments and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to make sure our products reach the world efficiently and compliantly.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, consolidate, and execute the export distribution of products when available for shipment.
- Proactively interface and ensure effective coordination with freight forwarders, distribution centers, air/ocean carriers, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics.
- Strive to minimize shipping costs by consolidating shipments as much as possible with minimal impact on transit times, and operate with a sense of urgency to avoid delays caused by steamship line rolling, missed carrier pickups, or other challenges.
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and hazardous declarations.
- Understand and ensure compliance with international customs regulations and procedures.
- Resolve corrective action requests (CCIR / SCAR) in SAP resulting from service failures to customers.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and trainings related to export activities.
- Maintain necessary records, files, and reports, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory guidelines applicable to record keeping and training requirements such as IATA, DOT, or IMDG.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics activities, including customer service and/or international logistics distribution processes.
- Certification on IMDG and IATA is mandatory.
- Experience with freight forwarding is considered a plus.
- Positive, results-oriented attitude that promotes teamwork with peers, business units, and other support areas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, and computer proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) is required. SAP preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in customs and shipping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
