Position overview

Are you interested in joining the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) team in the world leading industrial coating resins company? allnex is looking for an individuals with a good knowledge in internal and national regulations to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out SHE checks and enforcement on the site.

Responsibilities

  • Serve on the investigation team for accidents and incidents.
  • Provide SHE training to all internal and external customers, suppliers, visitors and contractors.
  • Organize regular site emergency drill by internal and external resources.
  • Collect and compile safety statistics for site and report results.
  • Train supervisors on safety/environmental regulations.
  • Remains current with regulatory compliance issues.
  • Collect and compile site environmental (air, water, and waste) and file reports. 
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual submission to regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct annual company required and regulatory environmental testing.
  • Manage SHE Management System Certification (UL 360).

Required skills and experience

  • 5 years' experience in a safety, health and environmental role in chemical, resin, or related companies.
  • Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Environmental Regulations and Industrial Hygiene monitoring.
  • Excellent presentation skill

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical / mechanical / electrical / safety engineering
