Position overview

We are looking for an experienced and accurate colleague to join our Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for warehouse daily operation to ensure warehouse operation meets safety requirement, FIFO/FEFO and warehouse space fully utilization. Do you have a proactive attitude, strong customer service skills and sales ethic? Then we are counting on you to help us ensure safe and reliable operations! 

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse activities including receiving and storing all packed goods, data entry, picking and packing customer orders and organizing branch transfers, including dangerous goods
  • Perform repack and transfer of materials into pail and drum SKU as required
  • Load and unload trucks daily
  • Housekeeping including 5S and adherence to all safety processes and procedures
  • Receive and follow up on customer inquiries, problems and complaints through to resolution
  • Fully comply with allnex and industry Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards

Required skills and experience

  • 3 years warehouse experience in a chemical company
  • Knowledge of chemical materials storage, handling and related regulations
  • Familiar with warehouse operation procedure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic English language skills
  • Attention to details and decision making on competing priorities
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge, experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP ERP would be advantages

Qualifications

  • High school or above
  • Certification or experience in complying with dangerous goods regulations and hazardous materials storage
