Position overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive colleague to join our Maintenance & Engineering team as a Maintenance Planner. You will be responsible for planning and preparing medium- and long-term maintenance, modification, and new construction activities, focusing on complex tasks that impact the production process.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including work instructions, permits, and material reservations.
- Align maintenance with production and technical teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Define job scope, secure materials, tools, and labor, and coordinate internal/external resources.
- Use CMMS (e.g., SAP PM) to track, record, and optimize maintenance tasks and equipment data.
- Support and coordinate projects, turnarounds, and equipment changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze failures and KPIs to improve maintenance strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required skills and experience
- In-depth knowledge of chemical industry equipment, processes, and maintenance methods, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, work permit systems, and compliance procedures relevant to maintenance activities.
- Proven experience in planning and organizing maintenance tasks, preparing detailed work schedules, and leading complex maintenance and modification projects.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to minimize downtime and ensure efficient execution of maintenance work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to collaborate across departments and respond quickly in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret maintenance data, perform root cause analysis, and implement strategy improvements.
- Proficient in using CMMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM) to manage maintenance workflows, resources, and historical data.
