Position overview
Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Marketing Lead for the world's leading industrial coatings resins company? The Marketing Lead will develop marketing plans for selected composite segments. Will support development projects by providing market data, value calculations, and overall guidance. Additionally, act as the regional focal point for business and market insights for composites in the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Develops marketing plans for assigned segments in the composites industry.
- Focuses on understanding of the value chains, key drivers and value creation processes for the composites market.
- Responsible for the stewardship of assigned segments.
- Develop understanding of the needs and technical requirements in the sub-segments; develop and execute a strategy to bring and position the existing allnex portfolio with appealing value propositions.
- Gathers and analyses regional insights for the composites industry.
- Drive new idea generations and exploration: assessment of opportunity, definition of value proposition and offering, categorization and prioritization of applications and segments
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market competitors.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Required skills and experience
- 3-6+ years’ experience in a multinational company in the following roles: business development or technical service or product management or sales and at least 2 years in a market facing position.
- Knowledge or working experience in the composites or chemical industries is considered an advantage.
Qualifications
- Technical degree preferred: Bachelor or Master in exact science.
- Candidates with a degree in Marketing can be considered, provided they have experience in B2B marketing in a manufacturing company.
- MBA is a plus.
