Why did you choose the allnex Corporate Trainee Program?
I selected the allnex Corporate Trainee Program for my initial post-studies job because it provided a comprehensive insight to a chemical industry manufacturer, unlike a non-trainee entry role. Additionally, the program allowed me to work on diverse digitalization and automation projects across manufacturing sites in Europe and the US.
This opportunity resonated with my enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse teams and experiencing different (work) cultures.

The allnex Corporate Trainee Program has been instrumental in shaping my early career. Although I haven’t experienced significant factual career growth yet, the program has provided me with valuable opportunities to grow professionally and personally as an engineer.

After graduating from the Corporate Trainee Program, Benedict transitioned into the role of Automation Engineer and is based in our Wiesbaden (Germany) location.
