Position overview

Are you passionate about finding and attracting the best talent around the world? Do you want to advance your career working on challenging global recruitment projects? 

We are looking for a results driven and energetic person to join our multicultural HR team. If you are passionate about recruiting, come and join allnex as Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Prepare and post jobs on appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms)
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: review resumes, hold screening calls, arrange and conduct interviews, provide support to hiring managers
  • Be the first point of contact by phone and e-mail with regards to recruitment questions
  • Participate in Global projects (Employer Branding, Career Fairs etc.)

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in recruitment or similar HR role with understanding of Staffing & Recruiting processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Result oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills 
  • Experience in HR Information System administration environment, preferably with SAP Success Factors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
