Junior Customer Service Representative

Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.  

If you have a high focus on pro-active aproach and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!


  • Taking care of customer’s portfolio and their orders, complaints in a consistent, proactive and professional manner in order to anticipate customers needs.
  • Responding to customer’s inquiries via e-mail and via phone in timely manner. 
  • Pursuing coordination of shipments and documentation through sound collaboration with Logistics, Planning, Sales, Finance Teams and other internal stakeholders. 
  • Performing order entry, follow up in ERP system (SAP) and resolving order and/or price related issues when required.
  • Be a part of a friendly team, sharing common knowledge and experience.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in B2B or other customer service facing role will be considered as advantage.
  • Experience in ERP systems will be considered as advantage.
  • University degree or education in progress. 
  • Very good English language skills. French and/or Dutch language skills will be considered as advantage (B2 and higher)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of standard office software (MS office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Proof of vaccination which allows to work from office when required, after state emergency regiment ends


  • University degree or education in progress.

Salary offered up to 1200 Euro gross monthly.
