Position overview

Do you have experience in financial accounting and are curious about the world of taxes? We are looking for a reliable and precise colleague to assist us in maintaining our indirect tax reporting and compliance process for the EMEA and North America regions. As an Indirect Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring integrity between tax records, resolving inconsistencies, and gaining global finance experience. Responsibilities

Be responsible for the end-to-end indirect tax reporting and compliance process for EMEA and North America regions
Ensure the integrity of all indirect tax-related records at allnex
Keep the indirect tax manuals and process documentation up-to-date
Provide quick and correct solutions to inconsistencies, adhering to the schedule for submitting returns

Required skills and experience

Have at least 1 year of experience in a financial accounting environment
Possess intermediate (B2) English language skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as a plus
Possess the ability to multitask and deal with time constraints while effectively managing deadlines
Be detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical skills
Italian or German language skills will be considered an advantage

Qualifications

Higher education is preferably within the fields of economics, finance, or tax administration.
