IT Application Support Specialist

Position overview

IT Application Support Specialist position requires solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of applications to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, report, analyze the capacity and propose improvement solutions
  • Identify and initiate performance improvement activities
  • Process Requests from end users that do not require large changes in application
  • Escalate Incidents to 3rd Party External Partners
  • Participate in knowledge transfer from 3rd Party External Partners

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years MS Server and Applications experience required
  • Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory
  • Experience working with IT Service Management tool
  • Experience with Microsoft applications like Microsoft Dynamics, CRM and Microsoft SharePoint (will be considered as advantage)
  • Excellent English skills
