HR/Payroll Specialist

Position overview

We are looking for a person interested in an HR role offering opportunity to develop professional competencies in a flexible way. We share knowledge, are open and we care for our team and success, and expect the same attitude from you – our new colleague. HR specialist’s role implies a close cooperation with local HR managers and teams, communication with employees and 3rd party representatives.

You are required personality loving structure, processes and details. At the same time it is all about people– ability to cooperate cross-functionally and internationally and to work on joint projects. 


  • Ensure employee data quality in HRIS in use (Success Factors)
  • Ensure flawless time and attendance system and payroll administration
  • Be an expert on HRIS and consult colleagues, managers on system usage
  • Work on HR process improvements and ensure a high quality process documentation

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in payroll and/or finance data administration is a must
  • Very good English
  • Pre-intermediate Italian (A2/B1)
  • Very good command of MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Interest in self-development and competence growth in HR field


  • Education within the fields of Finance or HR administration is required
