HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Position overview

Are you experienced in Human Resources and interested in technology? Become part of Digital HRIS team as Digital HR Analyst. Make sure SuccessFactors data is accurate and guide HR how to improve data quality. Be key-contact for all position related questions and updates. Assist the digital HRIS team with testing new features in SuccessFactors and create training material. Train employees with new features and train new HR members. Follow up questions and issues related to SuccessFactors and other HR related matters. In other words: a very diverse job that will challenge you in a variety of challenges. Required skills and experience

  • Good knowledge of the HR area
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset: Employee Central, Learning, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding
  • Fluent English is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Has eyes for the detail
  • Ability to multitask in daily work
  • Willing to switch flexible between the different SuccessFactors modules
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain SAP SuccessFactors Position Management
  • Document and support different SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR business processes
  • Testing and support of the HR systems and the related documentation and business process
  • Troubleshooting, solving Digital HRIS helpdesk tickets
  • Provide Digital HRIS training and support to users
  • Setup and maintain changes on HR Intranet with SharePoint

Qualifications

• Higher education preferable.
