Position overview

As one of IT Process Owner-Managers you will aim to increase the success of IT Service Management efforts across allnex IT with the objective of getting better in what we are doing within IT. You will facilitate and support the full IT Solutions Lifecycle from Demand via Delivery into Operations with the right Operational & Project Processes and Governance.

  • Own existing and design new IT processes 
  • Define/review, implement, follow-up & report on IT KPI’s and Metrics 
  • Ensure Process Adoption and Provide Process Training to the IT colleagues
  • Analyze, propose and implement new Process improvements (Configuration Management)
  • In collaboration with IT colleagues:
    • Manage several IT Processes (Problem, Change, Portfolio management and ad hoc Major Incident management)
    • Own IT Tooling Platform (ITSM, Project & Portfolio management, Architecture and Process Modelling tooling)
    • Follow-up and report on several IT Data aspects like Budget (Capex/Opex), resource capacity and delivery performance 

Required skills and experience

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • Experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery/Operations as Project Manager, Architect or Subject Matter Expert
  • Proven, deep understanding of service management methodologies, tools and techniques such as ITIL
  • Proven experience developing policies and processes or management of Service or in architecture processes
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels 
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with the focus on improving
  • Having attended courses on IT(SM) & Governance frameworks and/or Project Methodologies
  • Having background of ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, PRINCE2 or Agile will be considered as advantage


  • University degree preferably in computer science
