Position overview

allnex is welcoming you to join us as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst for our Global C&B Team! In this role, you will support the team with compensation & benefits analysis and provide recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the organization’s reward packages. You will also be the Super-user for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Performance Management by understanding the links between these modules.

  • Assist with annual performance and compensation process (prepare the comp cycle in HRIS system e.g. salary ranges, merit grids, review key data, explain & train, assist managers with questions, reporting, analysis of data).
  • Lead and drive participation in salary surveys for a number of countries. Analyze data and recommend necessary considerations/changes that best fit the organization.
  • Accountable for preparing monthly HR reports, including analysis where applicable (e.g. headcount report).
  • Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation programs. 
  • Coordinate and support the roll-out of global total rewards programs and processes (includes training, systems set up, and communication); Support and test development and implementation of new or enhanced comp & ben processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Document and evaluate positions up through middle management (including employee salary analysis & recommendations).
  • Prepare employee communications material.
  • Provide other professional-level support (e.g. special studies, preparation of communication material, and training of administrators, development of procedures, special projects).
  • Perform compensation audits to maintain integrity and adherence to compensation program guidelines.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience and knowledge in compensation practices. 
  • Solid experience in HRIS global system. 
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and good communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory. 
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • Extended user of MS office tools (excel is a must).
  • Self-starter and willing to take initiative. 
  • Good problem-solving skills. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related field, preferably with experience in a global HRIS system and/or C&B background.
