Position overview

We are looking for an experienced colleague with a strong project management and communication skills to join our Finance team. As a Finance Process Improvement Manager you will design, set up, review systems and processes, provide gap analysis and trends of key metrics to the organization and ensure identification, launch, prioritization and completion of improvement opportunities to successfully meet and improve these metrics based on business needs and resources.

  • Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas and potential projects where process or system redesign and/or improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality or profitability
  • Communicate with functional leaders to guide the identification and prioritization of potential opportunities and problem areas
  • Design projects and independently lead functional projects and project teams
  • Measure, evaluate and analyze the outcome of process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with P2P process owners to ensure processes are well documented
  • Develop and monitor performance and improvement throughout the use of key metrics 
  • Close cooperation with IT in resolution of raised service requests within AP team

Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years working experience in finance
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Understanding of P2P process
  • Able to drive results through people by leading teams in an effective and efficient manner
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Advantage for the candidates with experience in project management tools, six sigma, lean principles


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in accounting
