Position overview

Are you interested in becoming a competent Payment Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to prepare and execute payment runs, as well as be involved in post-processing? As a Payment Specialist, you have to ensure payments for all entities are performed within the expected quality with necessary follow-up. 

If you are someone who is paying attention to details and possess high accuracy, we would like to speak with you! 


  • Execute payment runs, prepare payment proposals and perform payment entry clearance in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with various internal and external parties to resolve payment issues in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare supporting documentation for local and overseas payments. 
  • Ensure documentation for payment activities are compiled and up to date with accuracy to support audit request when required. 
  • Involve in the preparation of daily/ weekly cash flow forecasts for the Treasury team. 
  • Collaborate with the Account Payable team in activities that involve communication with vendors by preparing necessary documentation. 

Required skills and experience

  • 1-2 years of professional working experience in the Finance or Payment field.
  • Experience in China's payment process is preferred. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel Advanced.
  • Experience with ERP systems is added advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability in time and planning management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Act as a team player.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
